I always say that Shawshank is my favorite movie. It’s so hard to pick favorites though. It’s my favorite grown up movie. If I had to pick one from my teens, it would be Pump up the Volume because…Christian Slater. Love your blog and I am inspired by your writing. The writing is the least favorite part of my blog, but now I feel inspired to make it better, more personal…not just words to fill my page between photos.

To be fair, your favorite place is a space that constantly changes based on speakers and attendees, so it’s an accumulation of favorites. I say, no contradiction.

Have you read the picture book version of Blanco’s poem, illustrated by Dav Pilkey? Might be a good read aloud for June!

Love your blog. It’s funny how your favorite movie can change over time. I have a couple of top movies that have stayed in the top ten – but the top position will change from time to time.
