Tell yer hubby that he needs to come with us to the World Pizza Championships in Salsomaggiore Italy this April 19th. He'd do well in the Napolitana STG!
Every summer in pepper season, I try to combine the padrons with different cheeses- have you ever tried aged white cheddar or Gruyere? Spectacular.
Great to know such a great blog from real restaurant people!
