Once, I put a lemon sugar glaze as the filling. The second time, I did some with lemon glaze, some with Nutella, and some with chocolate filling. The lemon glaze is by FAR the most popular. I don’t like jam, which is why I tried the lemon.

I’m definitely using a variety of jams next time. Or maybe this cookie is just a delicious excuse to go jam collecting…
