I can't begin to thank you enough for sharing your story with us; your blog and book definitely provided me with hope and strength during this year. I am getting married next week and reading about your wedding process gives me a sense of comfort that the craziness will all be “dramatic and wonderful” in the end. I surely hope for something beautiful, too.

Wow. That's so cool. I'm getting married this coming summer in Bellingham (to a Bellingham native no less), most likely in that ferry terminal!Do you have any advice for caterers? Did you like the one you ended up using?Your blogs is great!

Oh my gosh, I went to a wedding in that SAME glass dome thingy about a year ago and let me say, I am soooo jealous of you! I just thought it was the most beautiful/perfect spot for a ceremony EVER. …..beware, I may steal ruthlessly from you now!

Congrats to you both! It looks like an amazing and delicious event. I am a new reader to your blog and have been working my way through many of your recipes during my daughter’s naps. Before she came along my husband and I took a similar trip to your honeymoon and stayed at Fairburn Farms. It sounds like they have hired a chef and are catering to a more “foodie” crowd….but I must say that it sounds amazing. Those water buffalo are pretty incredible! Anyway – Best to you and your new partner in life and food!
